Marmas are the vital points in the body, which are the precursors to the inspiration of Acupuncture points. These points are the intersections where mind, body and spirit meet. Explore the basic understanding of the chakras, pranas, nadis and marmas and their integral connection for balancing the mind, body & spirit.

A traditional art of energy massage and techniques applied to balance the flow of prana. Nadis are the subtle channels in which the prana flows. Marmas are the points where all the nadis and shrotas (physical channels), intersect – “ A mind/body/spirit integration”. There are 108 marma points.

In the course, you will be introduced to the various marma points.

• Learn about feeling the energetic flow of prana in and around the marmas
• Learn how to nurture and unblock the flow of prana
• Understand the Nadi pathway and it’s relation to the chakras

How to understand the key Marma Points in conjunction with specific symptoms and treatments.
Saturday we will learn with Ismat and Sunday we will have hands on practice.
