About Wyze Gyal:
A QuTie BIPOC Party in Toronto, playing house, hip hop, afrobeat, R n' B, techno, dancehall, soca and whatever else we feel like.

About The Rude Collective:
Rude is an acronym for Real Unapologetic Diverse Expression.

We are an affirmative, positive response to mainstream gay culture. Queer culture is seen as too explicit, sexual, too far left, weird and different.
Often, our mere existence in spaces is considered RUDE as we are not welcomed, acknowledged or included.

Rude reclaims space, highlights racialised queer artist and artwork and aims to constantly de-center oppressive structures while creating immersive experiences.
Through these processes and by prioritising marginalised queer people, we hope to create environments where there is room to explore our multiple identities, and share important narratives through artistic expression.

Rude makes space for marginalised queers through mixing and juxtaposing art shows, dance parties, performances and unorthodox artistic expression to create a an experience

We will be RUDE in every way:
• -Artistically
• -Politically
• -Musically

The RUDE Collective thanks and acknowledges the land on which we live and work, which is the territory of the Huron-Wendat and Petun First Nations, the Seneca, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River.

Join us for the Rudeness!!!
#TheRudeCollective

While we aim to create and curate spaces where racialised queers can exist, we acknowledge that we will always have learning to do and things to improve on and welcome criticisms and comments.
