A free workshop for students new to Yoga Tree Studios.

In beginning any physical practice, building a strong foundation is key. This workshop will explore the building blocks of yoga in a safe and non-intimidating atmosphere. This special session is designed to help prepare you for our regularly scheduled classes such as: Beginners Yoga, Hatha Flow, and Hot Yoga. You will learn fundamental poses, breathing techniques and how to use props to adapt the poses to your body type and level of flexibility. You will be guided through a step-by-step approach to building confidence and self-awareness as a yoga practitioner. The workshop will close with a Question & Answers session with the instructor.

Online or in-person registration prior to the start date is required. This complementary workshop is for those new to Yoga Tree or on their first month of Yoga Tree membership. Class cards, auto-renew, and other promotional discounts cannot be used for or towards this workshop.
