A safe approach to backbends focused on the integrity of the lumbar spine. Take the fear out of back bending through the exploration of the multiple uses of props combined with learning to safely prep the body for a heart opening practice.

This workshop is accessible for both beginners and advanced practitioners who want to learn more about backbends.
