Join us for an evening, to enjoy and learn more about art therapy and expressive arts! No experience required, all are welcome, supplies will be provided.
Art has a special way of providing emotional/energetic release and catharsis, as well as an avenue for those things that just can't quite be expressed in words. We will explore this more! The workshop will be largely hands-on with lots of time to practice, supported by experienced artists. You will also have the opportunity to hear about their experiences with the arts, including the relationship between art and mental health/addictions, identity, etc. ask questions, learn some new tips and tricks, eat, drink, and be merry.
