Join us for this Brunch & Learn Session with Jami & Alex as my co-hosts on Sunday August 20th from 10am-12pm Start your Sunday with a healthy brunch and learn about why both of them have been working hard to start their second careers — Jami as a Yoga Instructor and Alex as a Personal Coach. They will share their «2nd Act Stories» and then guide us through some exercises to build an action plan to reach your goals and then some relaxation techniques including meditation and yoga poses. If you've got some change in your future, this will help you plan for it, navigate it and look after yourself in the process.
