This Canada's Top Ten Film Festival, join us for an intimate on-stage conversation with Indigenous director, tireless social activist, and revolutionary artist Alanis Obomsawin on January 17, 2018.

Throughout her extraordinary career, revered filmmaker and musician Alanis Obomsawin has been a leading voice of Indigenous resistance. Through such films as Incident at Restigouche, Kanehsatake: 270 Years of Resistance, Hi-Ho Mistahey!, and this year's Canada's Top Ten selection Our People Will Be Healed, she has reinvigorated Indigenous identities in Canada while advocating for truth and reconciliation.
