Free Dance- invigorate your body and spirit!
A workshop led by Leelee Davis
Calling all movers, abilities, ages and experience levels! Using movement, Free Dance incorporates the natural flow of information our bodies are offering us. These pathways reveal a movement experience that honours being alive, vibrant, flourishing, vital, and ever-changing individuals. This practice meets you exactly where you are. We begin with grounding, rocking, resting, and static positions. Then systematically and safely we traverse into fully expressed and dynamic ranges of movement that liberate our form, being, and hearts. Join us in room 301 at The 519 and dive boldly into the experience.
