We will meet at the Tim Hortons just east of Runnymede TTC station at 8:00am. This will kick off a morning crawl between west end Tim Hortons locations! We'll pop on the TTC to arrive at the Tim Hortons just east of Dufferin (1094 Bloor St W) station around 8:30am. We will loop a little south down to the Tim Hortons at 900 Dufferin St. and then head east again to arrive at the Tim Hortons at Christie station around 9:00am (726 Bloor St W). See you on Tuesday morning!
Let’s show Tim Hortons workers the love! On February 13, the Ontario Federation of Labour and Fight for $15 and Fairness are holding actions at Tim Hortons stores across the province for Valentine’s Day. We will be asking you to give a little token of appreciation to Tim Hortons workers.
Let’s keep the pressure on Tim Hortons until they do the right thing! We can’t let the business lobby punish workers for getting a raise.

The minimum wage has gone up to $14 an hour! Unfortunately some businesses, including Tim Hortons, have responded by cutting paid breaks and shifts, firing workers and even engaging in wage theft.
This behaviour is deplorable, especially considering Tim Hortons and its franchises are very profitable. In 2016, Tim Hortons generated US$3.00 billion in revenue for its parent company Restaurant Brands International(RBI). That same year RBI CEO Daniel Schwartz pocketed $6,173,993 in wages, stock options and other perks. An additional US$350 million in profits were given out to shareholders.
So join us in showing our love and support for Tim Hortons workers and all workers facing bully bosses. Together we can defend the $14 an hour minimum wage and Fight for $15 & Fairness!
