A seaside picnic with friends and family is long-standing Mauritian tradition. A mini bus jammed full of friends and family, snacking on finger food (gonaz), playing music and singing on the way to the beach is the stuff of cherished memories.
Marie Melanie Anthony bring some of her favourite flavours of Mauritius to the Dep with this meal inspired by a classic Mauritian picnic.
